Papa O's Birthday

Today is Papa O's birthday! On Sunday we went out to Grandma and Papa's house for dinner with Uncle Bob and Laura to celebrate. Grandma Kathy made prime rib, chicken, cheesy potatoes and broccoli salad (YUM) and I made cupcakes! One of Papa's hobbies is scuba diving so when I found the "shark attack" cupcakes I figured if I just added a dive flag it would be perfect. They turned out great after a few shark catastrophes. One thing I was disappointed about is that I used white cupcake papers. (I bought blue papers but didn't use them?!?!)
