Looks like we are all on the move to me!
We would like to take this opportunity to give you a little glimpse of what is going on in the lives of the O'Connor's.

Something Fun
My friend LeeAnn had this on her blog and I thought it would be fun to see how mine would turn out.
More new teeth!
Just before we went up north last week Gabriel sprouted a new tooth (the top right front tooth). On Monday my best friend Tiffany had her baby boy Logan so I went to the hospital and spent the day with her. The timing was perfect because the next day I had to take my sister back to the airport so she could go home to D.C. (I will let you know about her visit don't worry). Mike had a lot of work to get done (big surprise right?) so he dropped Mia off at her Grandma & Papa's house and took Gabriel out to his parents so his mom could help watch him so he could get some work done. He also took my brother Jacob (who was being mean at home so got sent to my house) out and taught him how to drive the tractor. Anyway back to the point of this post... When I go home from the hospital I notice that the other front tooth had cut though. Now our little boy has 6 teeth!!!

The Girls + 1
Earlier this week Grandma Kathy, Mia, Gabriel and I took a little vacation up north. We spent four days in the Lake Charlevoix area. On Monday we left home at about 9:00 and went to Avalanche Bay the indoor water park at the Boyne Mountain Resort. The kids had a blast! Mia loved The Vertigo, a big water slide that sends you into a giant bowl and you go around-and -around until you get to the middle and out into the Lazy River. It felt like you were a penny going around-and-around in one of the change donation tunnels. Gabriel and Grandma Kathy has lots of fun playing in the Kid's Pool. After dinner that night we took a ride up the mountain on the ski lift. The view was amazing, but I didn't take my camera up. I did, however, get a picture of Grandma and Mia on the lift.
On Tuesday we went to Kathy's sister, Mary Ann's, cottage in Horton Bay just 6 miles from Boyne City and spent two relaxing days on her private beach on Lake Charlevoix. Mike's cousin's girls came up with Mary Ann so it was lots of fun for Mia to have kids to play with. Tuesday evening we went to Kathy's sister, Deb's, house in Petoskey and had a wonderful dinner and roasted marshmallows on the fire and made yummy s'mores. It was lots of fun and a very relaxing trip, and wonderful to be able to spend a few days with family.

Boy's Day Out
Two times in one week Mike took Gabriel out for some quality daddy/son time. A few Sundays ago they went to Kalamazoo to have lunch with Uncle Bob. Mike and his family love to go to Hooters so Mike had requested that the first time Gabriel went he had to take him. And that is just what he did.
I think it is a little early for Uncle Bob he still looks asleep.
Last weekend Mike's brother Patrick came for a little visit. Saturday the guys planned on going fishing but the weather had other plans.
We are ready to go fishing (or so we think).
I took this opportunity to spend some time with the girls. Nickie and I went to the Ann Arbor Art Fair (rain or shine) with our friend Baley who I had not seen since Mia was a baby. It was a lot of fun walking around and catching up.

Nickie's new blog!
Well I think this is my first Blog not about the kids, don't worry there will be a new one soon. But this Blog is about a Blog. My best friend Nickie has started a WordPress.com Blog reviewing businesses. When you have time stop by and leave her some feedback, she will appreciate the traffic. :)

New Pictures & Some Old
I could not find the cord to the camera so instead of buying a new one we decided to get an external memory card reader that will read 12 different types of memory cards. I am so glad we did because for some reason there were a few pictures "stuck" on the SD card from our first trip to DC.
The cherry blossoms are gorgeous this time of year.
Mia was very excited to see the White House in person.
And just before we went she learned about Abraham Lincoln at school, so the Lincoln Memorial was way cool too.
And for the new tooth picture I promised. It is not the best picture ever but if you look close you can see the little white spot poking out of his gums on the top left side. Way cute!!!
